Tips to stay healthy and fit in the month of Ramadan.In the month of Ramadan, Muslims fast, some people complain of feeling tired and sluggish when the daily management activities when hunger and thirst, but some are as excited as the implementation of activities in a fasted state because they have a certain number of types of religious beliefs.

1. Do not forget the food.

2. If it is time to break the fast right away.Do not eat too much before, you must provide snacks and hot drinks and not too sweet, after a while, you can then proceed to eat the game normally.


3. Fixed sport even 15-20 minutes is sufficient to keep fit. Do not be lazy to exercise because the body would be weak and not spirit.


4. Get enough rest.Adequate rest, usually in the month of Ramadan during the day when people tend to be lazy and lie not do it if it is necessary. Break or a nap at a time is enough to do to your physical body.

So you need to intake a proper amount of liquid in your diet before starting the fast.You should try to avoid eating oily and spicy food rather you should add food stuffs full of energy. You can also use the fruit juices as fruit juices are healthy for all. You can use Noni fruit juice too.
